BRAINERD, MN – CJK Group, Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of WLX|WLE (doing business as WLX and Western Logistics Express), from the R&R Express family of companies. Headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, WLX|WLE is a leading provider of full-service logistics and transportation solutions serving customers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The acquisition represents a strategic expansion of CJK Group’s diversified portfolio into the transportation and logistics sector, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to investing in strong operating businesses with proven leadership teams and growth potential.
WLX|WLE will continue to operate under its existing brand and leadership, with no changes to day-to-day operations.
